Buying Guide: Choosing Craft Paints and Glues

Paints and Stencil Supplies
FolkArt Satin hobby paint is a water-based formula for wood, glass, ceramic, metal, canvas, paper Mache and fabric, with a glossy finish. Stencil Decor round stencil paint brushes have white china bristles and wood handles in 3/8 in and 5/8 in sizes. A card stock letters stencil is also offered, along with a black wood grainer tool.

Mod Podge Glues and Finishes
Mod Podge is an all-in-one decoupage glue, sealer and finish that dries clear and can be sanded to a smooth finish. It cleans up with soap and water while wet. The line includes gloss white decoupage, an outdoor decoupage, a hard coat decoupage and high strength glue adhesive kits.

Brushes, Applicators and Frames
Mod Podge flat brush applicators come in a 4 in wide size, and some decoupage brushes have gold taklon bristles. Blue foam applicators, a sea sponge set, wood chalkboards with a natural beige backing and natural brown wood picture frames add options for craft and home projects.
