Frequently Asked Questions
What does Waddell make?
Waddell offers exterior post tops and post caps for porches, decks and fences, wooden and folding metal table legs, table leg plates, cabinet and furniture knobs, shaker pegs and steel chair braces. Many of these parts suit furniture building, repair and outdoor woodwork.
How do I choose the right size?
Match the size on your old part or measure before ordering. For post tops and caps, check the post width, such as a 4 in. x 4 in. post. For cabinet knobs, check the screw length against your drawer front thickness, since one knob lists 1-1/4 in. screws for 3/4 in. drawer fronts.
Which table leg needs a plate?
Round tapered wood table legs mount with a surface plate, and the straight and angle top plates are made for them. Choose the plate that matches your leg style, and follow the manufacturer's instructions when attaching it to your furniture.
