Buying Guide: Airless Spray Tips and Sprayers

Airless Spray Tips and Fine Finish Nozzles
Titan offers an RX-Pro airless spray tip at 3600 psi and SC-6 Plus fine airless spray tips at 5000 psi. The SC-6 Plus fine finish nozzles at 5000 psi are reversible and made with tungsten carbide. Compare the psi and part number on your old tip before you order a replacement.

Spray Gun Filters, Manifold Filters and Inlet Screens
Titan offers stainless steel spray gun filters and a 60 mesh manifold filter that is suited to latex and enamels. Unthreaded gun filters are for specific Titan gun models, so check your gun model before you order. Inlet screens keep large paint particles and debris out of the sprayer, and they are removable for cleaning and reusable.

Airless Sprayers, Spray Guns and Kits
The ControlMax 1700 metal airless sprayer (1500 psi) can be used on interior and exterior jobs with unthinned paints and stains. The RX-80 aluminum airless spray gun (3600 psi) is also offered in a gun, hose and tip kit, which includes a 50ft x 1/4in airless hose. Check your equipment manual before you order a replacement part.
