Buying Guide: Screens, Tape and Wall Repair
Insect, Pet and Solar Screen Cloth
Insect screen cloth comes in aluminum, fiberglass and bronze copper versions, in rolls such as 36 in. W x 7 ft. L and 48 in. W x 100 ft. L. Pet resistant polyester screen cloth is designed to withstand wear and tear from cat and dog claws. Solar screen, screen spline and screen patch products cover other screen repair and replacement needs.
Drywall Tape and Wall Repair
FibaTape self-adhesive fiberglass mesh joint tape is made for drywall joints and patch and repair projects, and the Perfect Finish model requires less compound for smooth finishing. Paper drywall tape and veneer plaster joint tape are also offered. Wall repair patches and wall repair fabric reinforce holes, cracks and surface damage in drywall or plaster.
Adjustable Window Screens
Adjustable window screens use a fiberglass screen with an aluminum frame that expands to cover a range of window widths. They are sold in packs of six and suit homes, cabins, RVs and boats. Measure your window opening before ordering and compare it with the width shown on the package.
