Prinsco

Buying Guide: Sump Pump Discharge Hose

Choosing a Diameter
Prinsco kits come in 1-1/2 in. and 1-1/4 in. diameters. Match the outlet size on your sump pump before ordering. The 1-1/2 in. kit includes a 1-1/2 in. barbed adapter and a steel clamp.

Uses and Limits
The plastic hose has a larger diameter than a garden hose, which helps it handle larger pump flow when draining flooded areas. It can be used in waterfall applications but cannot be used as a wet/dry vacuum hose.
