Nesco food dehydrators include a digital model and the Snackmaster Encore, and the FD-37 Food and Jerky Dehydrator comes with four trays that expand up to 7 trays. Add-A-Trays are sold separately to increase drying space, and the fixed temperature control on the FD-37 takes the guesswork out of choosing a drying heat. Replacement and extra trays come in matte white, clear, speckled gray and semi-gloss white, plus Clean-A-Screen items sold in 2 packs.

Electric Roasters and Hot Plates
Electric roasters from Nesco come in sizes such as 6 quart and 18 quart, with finishes in porcelain, chrome red and stainless steel. Table top hot plates are available with one burner or two, and the double burner model has power indicator lights that show when the plates are on and warming.

Jerky Making Supplies
The Nesco jerky gun has a see-through meat chamber and comes with three attachments for making jerky strips. One pound of ground meat yields approximately 1/2 lb. of jerky after dehydration. Open Country seasonings in Hot-N-Spicy, Teriyaki and Variety flavors, plus a jerky rub, help you season the meat before drying.
