Buying Guide: Planters, Trays and Watering Cans
Planters and Flower Pots
The Ariana planter in charcoal has a rolled rim and drainage knockouts, and self-watering models come in sizes such as 8.5 in. high by 11 in. wide. Saturn and Grecian Urn flower pots are made of plastic, and the Grecian Urn pot is 14.8 in. high with a 17.8 in. diameter. Measure the pot you are replacing, or the space for the planter, before you order.
Trays and Plant Saucers
The TerraTray plant saucer in terracotta has optional punch out drainage holes that let excess water drain out, which helps protect against overwatering. Trays include a 16 in. resin Terratray in chocolate and a 1 in. high Terra tray in charcoal. Match the size of the tray to your pot, and measure the space before you order.
Watering Cans and Window Boxes
The EZ Pour resin watering can holds 2.6 gal., is black, and has dual handles for multiple hand positions and a rotating spout for adjustable flow. The assorted-color resin watering can holds 2 gal. Dura Cotta window boxes in terracotta come in 18 in. and 24 in. widths and can be used to plant herbs, tomatoes, onions or peppers, so measure the ledge or rail before you order.
