Foil Tapes
Nashua 324A is a silver cold weather foil tape, suited to sealing ductwork in winter and wrapping insulation in a chilly basement. Polyken 337 is a silver aluminum foil tape with an aluminum backing and pressure-sensitive adhesive, suited to insulation, HVAC work and general repairs indoors or out.
Masking and Clean Release Tape
Nashua offers a red strong masking tape. The Eachsy On, Eachsy Off clean release tape from Nashua is residue free, so no sticky residue is left behind when it is removed, and it suits surface protection, hanging, identification and lane marking.
Clear Plastic Sheeting
Film-Gard is a clear polyethylene plastic sheeting at 4 mil thickness, sold as a single wound roll with no folds. It serves as a vapor barrier against water vapor and foreign matter and meets ASTM D4397-91.
