Buying Guide: Water Heater and Generator Parts

Heating Elements, Pilots and Thermostats
The copper electric screw in flange element is 1650W 120V and the universal bolt on flange element is 4500W 240V. A natural gas pilot assembly and an electric replacement thermostat are also sold. The 300 series natural gas control valve thermostat is only for Reliance standard natural gas water heaters with electronic thermostat control.

Water Heater Accessories
Accessories include a brass temperature and pressure relief valve, a water heater drain valve, a heat trap, an anode rod and PEX lined nipples. An element adaptor kit and a heating element gasket assortment kit are also sold. Measure the nipples and heat trap against your heater before you order.

Generator Power Transfer Kits
The 30 amps 125 volt surface mount generator power transfer kit moves power from a portable generator through a power block with extension cords. It has six 15amp outlets, LED indicator lights and 6 circuits. Check the amps, volts and circuit count against your generator, and have a qualified technician install the kit.
