RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any unused, unacceptable item (excluding paper products, custom or special orders, and repair manuals) within 30 days of the delivery date. No returns will be accepted 30 days or more beyond the delivery date. Some special non-return cases may apply and will be noted in the product detail. NOTE: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned NEW condition items.

You may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Paper products (i.e. Toilet paper, facial tissue, napkins, etc.)
  • Custom or special orders
  • Repair manuals

To return your product, please follow the simple return instructions below:

  1. Send us an email at customerservice@storeseven.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without Return Authorization.
  2. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
  3. Include the Return Authorization email in your package.
  4. Ship the package back to the address provided in the Return Authorization email.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return and verified that your return meets our return guidelines, a refund will be issued to your credit card. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Items not originally purchased from StoreSeven.com will not be accepted as returns.

If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped back to us, so we strongly recommend using a carrier with delivery confirmation and package insurance. Please note that we are unable to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier for any losses incurred when you ship the product back to us.

You must send the return to the correct location as noted in the Return Authorization information you receive back from our Customer Service team. You must also include the return authorization instructions in the package you send back to receive credit. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization email and number.


Refunds

We will issue a refund to your original payment method for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements (less shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee on regular, NEW condition 30 day returns). Original shipping costs will not be refunded. It may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, as long as the order meets the criteria above, a return may be requested.  Simply email us to receive Return Authorization. At that time, you may place a new order for the alternate item you need.

Damaged Products

If you believe your product has been damaged in shipment, please email us right away. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Labor

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
