RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any unused, unacceptable item (excluding custom or special orders and repair manuals). Our return rules are simple.
You have ten days from the day the item was delivered to return the item for a full refund. For all returns over ten days, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Some special non-return cases may apply and will be noted in the product detail.
You may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Repair manuals
To return your product, please follow the simple return instructions below:
1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Include the original invoice in the box.
3. Use the UPS Pre-Paid Return Label included in your original order so you receive free return shipping if the order is returned within 10 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to pay return shipping fees if you do not use the enclosed UPS Pre-Paid Return Label or if you return an item more than 10 days after the date you received the package.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return and verified that your return meets our return guidelines, a refund will be issued to your credit card. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Items not originally purchased from StoreSeven.com will not be accepted as returns.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund to your credit card for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will not be refunded when the UPS Pre-Paid Return Label is not used. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. It may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an item that was incorrectly shipped or does not meet your expectations. Simply email the order number of the item and return the item using the UPS Pre-Paid Return Label shipped with the order. As soon as we receive your original returned item, we will process a reshipment of your order.
Damaged Products
If you believe your product has been damaged in shipment, please email the order number of the item and return the item using the UPS Pre-Paid Return Label shipped with the order. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will process a reshipment of your order.
Labor
We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
Guarantee
StoreSeven.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received an unacceptable product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please follow the above return instructions.
