• This means that the item(s) you order will be delivered to the curb or loading dock of your business or residence.
• It is not the responsibility of the truck driver to unload or assemble your shipment.
• Furthermore, it is important to note that your shipment will be heavy and may require two or more people to move or assemble your shipment.

DAMAGE INSPECTIONS AND CLAIMS

• All items delivered via freight truck require the recipient’s signature to verify receipt of the item(s) and that all items are damage free. When your shipment arrives, the most important step you should take is to inspect the shipment for damage before you sign for it. If there is unacceptable damage to the shipment, simply refuse the shipment and contact us ASAP.
• In addition, when you sign the delivery receipt for the shipment you should always note “SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION” on the receipt. Freight companies are liable for freight damage if it is noted on the delivery receipt. Hidden damage may have occurred. The only way to get credit for hidden damage is to note “SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION” on the receipt.
• It will be very important that once you unload your shipment that you unpack it ASAP and do a full inspection on all parts to make sure there is no concealed damaged. If you discover any damage that was concealed once you unpack it, please contact us ASAP to resolve the issue. Any issues with concealed damages must be brought to our attention within two (2) business days so that we can resolve it in a timely fashion.
• If a damaged item is received and not rejected, and needs to be returned, the freight charges will be deducted from the refund amount or additional costs may be incurred. StoreSeven.com will only be able to cover return costs if the damaged item is rejected by you when you receive it. The Common Carrier Freight Rules are very stringent. These rules must be followed in order to get proper credit.
