Eliminates the need to stock a seperate transmission fluid. In 1997, Ford Motor Company introduced Mercon V automatic transmission fluid for use in 1997 and later transmissions. Use of the incorrect transmission fluid can lead to internal damage.
- M Five Alternate allows you to use Dexron III/Mercon V transmission fluid and covert it to a Mercon V type fluid
- It is a synthetic product which extends the frictional stability and life of the Dexron/Mercon fluid, similar to Mercon V
